Effective coordination to inbound callers while providing excellent customer service. Focus on converting phone and web inquiries into Appointments. Conduct daily outbound calling to confirm Appointments. Assist with various special projects to be determined by manager. Checking the requests coming through email and forwarding them to the right surveyor depending on the area with putting the manager on CC. Modify the ticketing system after each request received and keep updating it based on the tracking of the process. Follow up with the customer and making the appointment after coordinating with the team member who will make the inspection.
