Business Analyst/Project Manager

Minimum Qualifications:
o Bachelor’s Degree from top-ranked universities or colleges in Computer Science, Information System or Computer Engineering.
o At least 7 years hands-on experience in the web application domain, to include a minimum of 5 years in an project handling role.
o Experience in developing and implementing complex project components using ASP.NET, C#, C++, SQL, PHP, alongside others.
o Strong understanding of architecture methods, development life cycles, relevant application technologies, industry trends and vendor positioning.
o Ability to create pragmatic, strategic technology alternatives which deliver short term results while contributing to long-term strategic direction
 
o Solid understanding of banking/finance industry application
o Tracking and communicating project status, issues, risks and decisions to project stakeholders and project teams
o High levels of initiative and strong capability of multitasking
o Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
o Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information in a succinct and easily acceptable manner, and the ability to work pro-actively with others to define and deliver integrated solutions.
o Able to work independently under pressure in customer environment.
o Effectively articulate the vision and strategy of the system during reviews and/or client meetings
o Must be a self-motivated person with a drive for continuous learning and improvement.
o Must be presentable and self-confident.

Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of Business Analysis and Project Management experience, managing multiple projects in a fast paced environment. Strong experience with enterprise technologies including RDBMS systems and generating project plans for complex project implementations using Microsoft Project. Responsible for the complex technical components of a given project from initial assessment to final implementation and ongoing support while working with Product Managers, QA Engineers, Developers and other contributors to drive planning of projects, and ensure work is on-time and issues are properly communicated, tracked and resolved. The candidate is a team player who has very strong networking knowledge and experience, strong leadership and organizational skills. Arabic speaking candidates will be given preference.
This is a customer facing position and you may be required to work at customer site for prolonged periods or permanently.
