Kuwait - As a Centre Manager, you will oversee and direct the day to day operations of a 1 million plus sq.ft mixed used Centre and provide professional Property Management services for the Owner and investors of the Centre. This would include, but not be limited to, hiring and training of all personnel; establishing appropriate facility management procedures; overseeing the maintenance, security and cleaning of the facility; developing Investor relations and investor retention programs; establishing marketing and customer service programs; directing Investor fit-out and construction issues; interfacing/ developing relationships with local authorities for code compliance.
