Dubai - Financial Company looking to hire young and dynamic person on the position of receptionist/office manager. Primary Responsibilities: - Receive, direct and relay e-mails, telephone messages and fax messages - Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring enquiries. - Assist in planning & preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls. - Preparing letters, presentations and reports. - Managing filing systems. - organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment. Skills - Should be highly proficient with computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook - Must be multi-lingual with excellent command over English & Arabic - Basic office planning and administration knowledge - Verbal and written communication skills to correspond and interact with all levels of management, external company executives, customers, and other contacts.
