Doha, Qatar - About Your Job: The Lead CRM and Loyalty Analyst is responsible for the reporting and analysis needs of the CRM and Loyalty Department. This will include the development of scalable and drillable reports, visual analytic suites, ad-hoc analysis and in-depth analysis at a tier/market/segment levels for the CRM purposes. You will track migration statistics of key tier and revenue segments as well as enterprise clusters. You will make customer data actionable at each customer touch point by developing relevant visualisations of customer value drivers. You will prepare and maintain monthly reports and analysis for ongoing programs to track performance and for strategic and tactical adjustments. You will constantly review industry-leading report systems and tools to ensure leading practices are applied to CRM, customer research and loyalty.
