Doha, Qatar - About your job: As an HR Specialist you will provide professional HR support to the HR Business Support team and operational line managers within Hamad International Airport. Supports, coaches and advises line managers on HR policies, procedures and processes. Supports the development of HR strategy and interventions relating to employee engagement initiatives, retention, staff welfare, performance management and employee relations. About you: You will hold a diploma/ associate degree with an advanced degree or recognised accreditation in Human Resources as an advantage. You will have at least 5 years of job related experience with a minimum of 2 years experience in HR function at a management level.
