Join the tribe! Stickman, an international Dubai-based boutique interior design consultancy dedicated to the hospitality & leisure industry with offices in Dubai and Hong Kong, is looking for an Experienced Senior Accountant.
Stickman Design is looking to engage an enthusiastic and dynamic Senior Accountant to work hand in hand with the Finance Manager in handling the Financial and Administrative Aspect of the business including bookkeeping, job costing, financial management, regulatory reporting, financial planning, cash flow & budgetary control, franchise, company structure, and HR Administration. The successful candidates should possess in-depth knowledge of Accounting Principles and Standards from data entry up to the finalization of Financial Statements and reports, auditing, and intercompany transactions related reporting. The job tasks include bookkeeping/ data entry, handling of petty cash, accounts payable / receivable, payroll, job costing, bank reconciliation, inventory, monthly and annual preparation of financial statements and auditing, cash flow monitoring and budget forecasting, franchise setup, company structure, HR and Administrative tasks.
Desired Skills and Experience
Qualifications:
· Bachelor of Finance or Accounting (preferably a CPA)
· Minimum 10 years’ experience in Accounting
· Minimum 7 years’ experience in Management reporting
· Experience includes Company Secretary, Franchise Set up, and HR Administration
Knowledge/ Skills and Abilities:
· Knowledge accounting software system – QuickBooks
· Knowledge of payroll systems (WPS)
· Microsoft Office Skills
· Knowledge of electronic banking systems
· Management and operation skills
· Knowledge of UAE Law, HR and Labor Law
· Written and spoken English and Interpersonal skills
· Can work independently without supervision
· Highly motivated and committed to providing excellent output
