Doha, Qatar - -Ensure successful and seamless client transition from post-registration to the Client Affairs Department -Manages the maintainance of client relationship -Manages all communication efforts to new and existing clients -Escalate all unsolved firm-related issues and questions to the Director of Client Affairs -Engages with the firms to review, measure and ssess client satisfaction with the company's environment or channel findings, including strenghts and areas for development to other departments -Manages all customer service request coming into the company via various channels, such as Online Portal, CRM, Customer Walk ins etc. -Direct enquiries to relevant point of contacts -Supports the department that is dedicated to providing high standards of client care and promoting exemplary levels of Client Service Excellence across the company's activites generally. -Manages query management via system in order to automate and track performance -Manages confidentiality and s...
