Keeping daily time sheet records for site staff. 10. Recommending needed changes of site process based on site evaluation. 11. Establishing employee goals and conducting employee performance reviews. 12. Scheduling staff to include: work assignments/rotations, employee breaks and overtime assignment. 13.
