Doha, Qatar - About Your Job: You will be responsiblefor ordering of raw materials for the Japanese kitchen on a daily basis and production of all meals in the Japanese kitchen in terms of hygiene and according to batch delivery. You will assist the Executive Chef, Executive Sous chef with menu planning of Japanese dishes during presentations and also provides training to other staff for cooking Japanese dishes. You will be required to gather all requirements from stores and advises the executive sous chef for any item to be purchased locally for Japanese kitchen. To present all preparation of hot and cold Japanese dishes/meals for all concerned flights. Overseas the preparation of all Japanese food, hot and cold, ensuring authenticity with the assistance of your team. Participate in menu planning and presentation ensuring authentic taste.
