Qatar - Leap are actiely working with a leading law firm operating internationally who have an immediate need in their Private Property team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria: - Residential Property Lawyer - Circa 3 - 5 years (i.e. sufficient PQE to be able to handle their own workload relatively autonomously); - Confident and able to actively market (including presenting at seminars etc); - Connections with the region and Arabic speaking skills a distinct advantage; - Willing to travel around the Gulf (particularly Qatar, Bahrain, UAE and Oman). This person will be dealing with residential acquisitions in E&W so will need to be E&W qualified. In addition to the criteria above, the candidate will need to be able to demonstrate experience re: - Managing multiple files (upwards of files at a time); - Both off-plan as well as built residential acquisitions; and - High value prime residential properties in London.
