About Your Job: As chef de Partie you will support senior chefs in delivering meals of highest standards to the airlines. You will be responsible for the production of all meals (approximately 7000 meals and above) produced in your section/shift. You will roaster all staff under you to ensure all meals produced in the shift are as per passenger loads and any balances are managed effectively to minimise wastage. You must be capable of supervising and continuously motivating the team to ensure deadlines are met with.
