Job Description The Subcontracts Administration Engineer contributes to the entering, in the specific Data Base, the works performed by Subcontractors and for detecting, both before and after, any deviation from budget values. To contribute to the preparation of the Subcontractor's accounts in accordance with the subcontract To check that the accounts prepared by the Subcontractor are in line with contractual clauses, with Project documents and have been approved by the Discipline Supervisors To analyse and check that all accounting documents have been duly approved and are accompanied where necessary by explanatory drawings and sketches To collect estimated quantities to completion and prepare the cost control tabulations.
