Kuwait City - To support the Army Expeditionary Contracting Command, CACI is seeking qualified professionals for Personal Services positions as contracted Contract Specialists to support a DoD Contracting Office in Kuwait. You will provide acquisition support services for any or all stages of the procurement cycle from acquisition planning through contract closeout. Generally, Contracting Officers will assign projects and will require all necessary support, by working with the Department of Defense (DoD) and other government customers, in a team environment, to review draft documents and assist customers to the extent necessary to produce unassailable acquisition strategies, contractible requirements, and sound independent government cost estimates (IGCE).
