Kuwait City - Will be responsible for maintenance of company documents. Responsible for storage, cataloging and retrieval of documents Maintain the integrity of working documents and update documentation when revised Responsible for document security, for assigning access, and for removing and destroying obsolete documents Maintain systems for document storage and retrieval, and help train employees on efficient system usage Skills Experience in dealing with outsourced archival services Full knowledge of document scanning and management electronically Ability to use document management software to track and see renewal of all contracts across the bank ahead of expiry time.
