Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Experience in G.C.C. / Qatar essential. Bachelor of Science in Engineering. Strong written and oral communication skills. Good supervisory and team skills. Minimum of 10 to15 years of broad materials procurement and contracting experience on major oil and gas projects.
