Personal Trainer

To conduct group classes, one on one PT program, fitness assessment with guest, through education, motivation, and leadership as well as assists non member or member-guest in establishing/ designing exercise programs, review and instruct the guest in regards to exercise recommendations/program, work shifts in the gym helping member or non member with their workout and answering questions regarding exercise to reaching their fitness goals.
Professional Competencies:
• To provides guidance in proper exercise technique and variations of exercises to meet goals
• To assist non-member or member-guest in establishing effective fitness/wellness goals and develops the most effective training plan to achieve the goals.
• To motivate guest and serves demonstrating & teaching the exercises to the client including feedback on technique to a training partner.
• To maintain a safe and clean exercise environment within the gym.
• To understand spa/fitness software in regards to guest’s profile & booking(s).
• To follow all quality assurance and other policies and procedures of the gym.
• To be punctual at all times and to remain in the gym during working hours.
• To promote the sales of retail products sold in the gym and to achieve relevant financial targets.
• To comply with the standards of appearance and grooming when on duty.
• To adhere to the health and safety standards as established.
• To handle guest problems queries in the appropriate manner.
• To attend training courses as required.
• To ensure that all the equipment is fully operational and report any defects to the Spa manager or her designate.
• To adjust schedule as needed to accommodate the needs of new existing member-clients, current available hours require afternoons, evening and some week-ends.
• To be responsible for tracking guest paperwork/record.
• To attend daily huddle when on duty.
