United Arab Emirates - He reports to the Site Manager. He is responsible for material management at Site. He manages and supports the Subcontractor to collects all the documents and certification covering the arrival of materials at site and recording of their movements. He supplies the Site Manager with elements enabling the feasibility analysis of the programs.
