This is a high profile role working with senior management across the organsiation and within their portfolio companies managing and monitoring their investment portfolio including regular analysis of the portfolio companies strategy, new investment proposals, financial performance, risk profile and investment returns across all the (downstream) investments. The role also includes the orgination and execution of Downstream investment opportunities and bring best practise and technical expertise to the team. To qualify you should have min 15 years experience in corporate finance/M&A related field with experience across transactions in the energy space and specifcially in downstream investments and transactions (eg petrochemicals or refinieries)....
