KKT Physician Job Profile

Job Purpose
The KKT Physician is responsible for providing professional healthcare services relating to the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of structural and neurological disorders of the musculoskeletal system and for educating patients on the benefit of KKT’s innovative technology as a solution for the treatment of spinal related injuries and conditions.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
1. Fosters collaborative doctor/patient relationships and seeks opportunities to positively impact the patient experience. Actively engages and educates patients on factors influencing spine health and the importance of on-going spine maintenance.
2. Reviews patient questionnaire, medical history and performs prescribed diagnostics and thorough patient assessment.
3. Prepares detailed Report of Findings and establishes appropriate treatment plan.
4. Prepares radiological report for each view taken in a manner consistent with their local governing body. Communicates findings and treatment plan with patient.
5. Conducts pre-treatment diagnostic check of patients focusing on the spine, posture and range of movement.
6. Using KKT devices, treats patients in accordance with KKT protocols and performs diagnostic check post-treatment to measure improvement.
7. Prepares detailed comparative Progress Report for review and consultation with patient on 12th visit. Establishes appropriate Maintenance Program and educates patient on importance of regular KKT check-ups.
8. Educates and advises patients on rehabilitation exercises and techniques to aid long-term recovery and to ensure health is maintained.
9. Educates and advises patients on nutritional programs to aid in long term recovery and ensure optimal health is maintained.
10. Keeps accurate and confidential records using KKT Client Application software, and paper records, as necessary.
11. Participates in and contributes to the scientific advancement of KKT initiatives through collaborative clinical studies while ensuring adherence to defined protocols and methodologies.
12. Trains and works closely with Patient Management Advocate to improve knowledge and understanding of treatment protocols.
13. Undertakes continuing professional development through case review, reading professional journals, on-going training and attending conferences.
14. Will attend regular online workshop meetings with other KKT Providers to discuss difficult or significant cases to update each provider’s toolkit.
15. Must maintain professional liability insurance.
16. Participates in KKT sponsored community events in order to educate the public and professionals on spine related concerns and the treatment breakthroughs available through KKT.
17. Actively seeks opportunities to promote KKT initiatives and solicits referrals from existing patients.
18. Will follow the KKT guidelines in referring or prescribing any other procedure, treatment, modality or medications
19. Ensuring the documentations of each step in patient healthcare management
20. Will provide data and will assist in research trials on demand by KKT International
21. Will follow the policies regarding updates,advanced and refresher courses to maintain his/her certification as per KKT International policies
