Etihad Airways - Abu Dhabi - Job Purpose The aim of the Foundation Development Programme (FDP) is to provide UAE Nationals with the entry level work skills required to commence a career with Etihad Airways. The programme will run for a maximum of 15 months, during which time the trainee will be in full time education and paid a monthly stipend payment. The Company reserves the right to extend the programme beyond 15 months should it be decided that further development is required. Upon successful completion of this Training Programme and meeting the required standards, Etihad will offer the trainee a permanent position as an Administrative Assistant or Guest Service Agent (GSA) with Etihad Airways or Etihad Airport Services.
