United Arab Emirates - Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum or Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or any related Engineering degree 13 to 15 years of relevant work experience in the OIL and GAS industry with at least 5 year's experience in Managerial role. Knowledge in relevant Oil and Gas practices compliance principles methodologies with proven theoretical and practical experience in managing operations and commissioning activities in oil and gas fields. Ability to handle and manage crisis and emergency scenarios, organization, strategic planning, team management and leadership, project management, coaching and mentoring, decision making, conceptual thinking, problem solving, analytical skills, risk management, ability to work under pressure, computer proficiency, fluent in written and spoken English, presentation, negotiation, and communication and interpersonal skills.
