The purpose of the job is to manage the team of Completion Engineers who plan, program and execute all completion operations to ensure that completion operations are performed safely and efficiently. This is a staff role, offered with an attractive (paid locally tax free) salary and generous benefits package. - Prepare programmes for all critical rigless activities such as securing wells and production logging operations. - Ensure all HSE risks are identified. - Supervise and support the completion engineers with regard to the design and installation of optimum well completions - Resolve technical and operational problems as they arise.
