Doha, Qatar - About Your Job: The Lead Ground Training and Learning Management Systems (LMS) Analyst is a specialist role which is responsible for analysis, trend monitoring and performance utilising the systems operational in Ground Training Department. The main purpose of this position will be to ensure that business needs are translated into tangible specifications for further actions such as implementing changes or upgrades in the systems, with the focus being on the LMS. Tracking and analysing operational data will be a key task to ensure optimum performance in terms of the quality of training within the department.
