United Arab Emirates - BASIC FUNCTION: Should have 10-12 years of experience in oil and gas/petrochemical projects as HSE officer/HSE supervisor/HSE focal point, people with refinery experience in brownfield and greenfield projects are preferred. He should be familiar with all HSE requirements of the projects during construction, pre commissioning and commissioning. Familiar with method statement , task risk assessments, HSE performance reporting, incident investigation and reporting, HSE observation, HSE violations reporting etc. Familiar with all types of permit to work system, material movement and control procedure of refinery. He should be experienced in site coordination with different disciplines, sub contractors and vendors etc. Valid UAE driving license is necessary.
