Kuwait - NorConsulting is urgently recruiting a Area Construction Manager highly experienced in the oil and gas petrochemical industry, Mega Civil Construction Projects, refineries or gas plants. Experience: Managing and implementing the contract requirements, company policies and procedures and site construction operations requirements. Manage all Subcontractors on site, planing and coordination of Civil construction works on site. Comply and implement Health & Safety, Environment, Security (HSES) policies throughout the project, personnel and contractors. Ensure that the project achieves its objectives in respect of HSES, quality, cost and schedule Oversee the completion and Turnover of the construction and installation. Attain Client Acceptance and conformity for completed works.
