Job Summary The role will include carrying out valuations, client liaison, management of sub contractor documentation and accounts, monthly reporting and control all commercial aspects of allocated project. Skills & Experience Quantity surveying experience within a building/civil environment. Contract and sub-contractor management Commercial and contractual experience Excellent communication skills at all levels Organisation/prioritisation Document control/traceability Attention to detail Ability to hit contractual time frames Ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure Ability in the use of Microsoft Office Programmes - predominantly Word, Excel and Outlook matching Indicators Degree from an internationally recognised university and a minimum of 10 years' experience in an engineering environment is required. Middle East experience preferred....
