Kuwait - SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES -Planning, preparing and delivering lessons to a range of classes. -Preparing and setting tests, examination papers, and exercises. -Plan, evaluate, and revise curricula,course content, and course materials and methods of instruction. -Initiate, facilitate and moderate classroom discussions. -Provide appropriate, intellectually stimulating instruction in each class by taking into consideration the unique abilities of each trainee. -Coordinate with the DOS at all times to ensure the successful operation of the training sessions. -Observe Scheduled Class Times: Instructors are expected to meet their classes at the scheduled times, to be prepared for all class sessions, and to start and end classes at the scheduled times. -Maintain an appropriate Learning Environment. -Recording and maintain accurate student attendance records and grades.
