JOB PURPOSE AND SCOPE: Prepares and controls the annual capital and operating budget and plans for the fleet maintenance. Annual budgets and plans are prepared timely and accurately in accord with budget assumptions Technical Operations Responsible for the overall technical operation of the vessels.
