Doha, Qatar - Primary Responsibilities Develop and implement project HSE strategy, philosophies and HSE plans; review and endorse various safety and loss prevention studies and reports. (e.g. QRA, FERA, EERA) Define safety and loss prevention engineering deliverables and SOW for inclusion in Tenders for FEED and EPIC. Provide input to Project Design Basis, philosophies, specifications and Scope of Work for tenders. Provide technical support to the Project during FEED, detailed engineering, procurement, handover planning and project completion. Participare in implementing project HSE and QA/QC processes/procedures and activities in close coordination with PMT and in consultation with QP stakeholders; with the aim of achieving safe and successful execution of the project, with products that meet project requirements.
