Doha, Qatar - JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for the planning, management, coordination and financial control of the projects Description: Understanding business requirements (working with internal clients) and ability to convey into BOQ and tender specifications. Issuance of the projects Tender Documents (BOQ, RFP's, Budget et….) Review contractors quotations and prepare the recommendation reports to take approval Track the progress and quality of work being performed by design disciplines/Trades - through reports and site visits. Prepare and timely updates of the projects charts / Time lines, monthly reports and presentations for Top management communication. Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements; reviewing bids from contractors.
