Kuwait - Be the point of contact for the project. Understand client's requirements and buying specifications. Develop plans, elevations, cross sections and detailed drawings, and advice on selection of colors, finishes and materials, furniture and other items. Coordinate the preparation of quotations / proposals. Coordinate all administrative tasks related to procurement activities. Establish and maintain database for potential suppliers. Coordinate the closing of purchase orders. Coordinate delivery of the material by the vendors and make sure it is carried out to deadlines as set in the project deliverables. May assist in the compilation of the tender documentation and any administrative work related to tender preparation. Proactively coordinate all aspects of the project, determine new ways of project development and to keep the Management well informed of any updates.
