Kuwait City - Manage legal business matters pertaining to the organization according to detailed internal policy and regulation of the Company in Kuwait. Provide a variety of general corporate and commercial legal management services internally to the Company. 1. To provide legal advice for all the different departments within the Company; 2. To review and/or draft the contract templates for the company, i.e. sales agreements, purchase agreements, distribution agreements, MOU, NDAs, etc.; 3.
