Ruwais, Abu Dhabi - Minimum Job Requirements The candidate should be a Diploma holder in Fire & Safety Engineering from a recognized university/institution with International Safety certification like NEBOSH or equivalent. The persons should have 10-12 years of experience in Oil & Gas/ Petrochemical projects as HSE officer/ HSE supervisor / HSE focal point. People with Refinery experience in Brownfield and greenfield projects are preferred. The candidate should be familiar with all HSE requirements of the Projects during construction, Pre commissioning & commissioning, familiar with method statement , Task risk Assessments, HSE performance reporting, incident investigation & reporting, HSE observation, HSE violations reporting etc. Familiar with all types of Permit to work system, material movement and control procedure of Refinery. The candidate should be experienced in Site coordination with different disciplines, Sub Contractors & vendors etc. Valid UAE driving license is necessary....
