Doha, Qatar - About your job: As an Officer Policies and Procedures, you will contribute to the development, revision, implementation and promotion of the Qatar Airways Group Human Resources internal policies, practices and procedures. You will ensure that these are aligned with the controls, rules and regulation of the company. You will review, develop, apply, promote and monitor Corporate Human Resources policies and procedures on all personnel matters. You will manage the schedule of all policies and procedures to be implemented or updated within Human Resources, to ensure that relevant assessments and consultations are undertaken and that proposed timescales are met. You will also manage the communication of changes in policies and procedures. You will also assist in the production of quick reference manuals in order to continually provide clear and effective HR policies and procedures. About you: The ideal candidate for this role must have worked on the same job profile for at least 2 years....
