Non-disclosed - Kuwait City - Leading bank in Kuwait is looking for a Head of Cards to revamp and launch their Card proposition. This is a keyhand on transformation role reporitng into the Head of Retail and Consumer Banking. The successful candidate will be required to create and launch the Bank's Cards propostion and have the passion and drive to executie this. This will include delivering creative and innovative product offering/s and leading all the card related campaigns through effective management of cost and ROI in line with Bank strategy and regulation. This is a cross functional leadership role covering launch of new products including product design, strategy, planning and implementation of various iniatives related to growing their Cards business in line with strategic segmentsof the market.
