Dubai - The Company: Based in Dubai my client seeks to appoint a Head of Affluent Banking - International. In this role, you will be responsible for RMs across selected overseas locations. The Role: Managing all strategic and tactical initiatives related to affluent services, you will: Achieve business targets across all locations assigned - focusing on affluent banking products and services with a focus on NRA (Non resident Arab nationals) Support the Head of Retail developing propositions on affluent segment across the International business and implement accordingly. Support all marketing activities - new campaigns and events to support such a key segment for the bank. Coach and train all RMs and SRMs to deliver best in class service and activity. Report to Head of Retail and senior stakeholders of the bank on performance and metrics.
