Qatar Airways - Qatar - Your role is to ensure that all credit card transactions are dealt accurately as per company guideline of protecting the company revenue. You will not only set up stations with access to relevant websites related to card sales, billing and payment, but, also resolve any issues or discrepancies of acquirer's fraud, dispute or chargeback notification without any losses to company to be submitted on time. Furthermore, you will handle chargeback as the focal point of contact between stations, credit card companies and designated banks, review GL 69110, ensure PCI DSS compliance and, resolve debit balance issues. You will also establish the department objectives as well as recruit, train, develop and discipline to ensure a high service standard is delivered.
