Executive Pastry Chef

Kuwait -  Direct, oversee and participate in all pastry production and operations, to include, quality and presentation of pastries, desserts and baked goods, in compliance with all safety and sanitation standards.  Create and implement new menus and individual menu items for outlets based on current food trends and regional tastes in partnership with Executive Chef and  Interact with guests and clients to monitor and assess satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly.  Perform general management duties including, but not limited to, systems management, budget and forecasting, report generation, department management and meeting participation and facilitation  Prepares and serves items in accordance with established portion and presentation standards.  Maintains accurate counts on all food items prepared insuring no discrepancies in amount of food needed verses amount of food prepared.  Schedules production of all baked goods to maintain an in...
