Boutique Investment Bank - Kuwait City - The Head of Compensation and Benefits (Rewards) will report to the DGM for Human Resources. As there are a growing number of ex-pats moving to the region and joining the bank, International and GCC experience is advantageous. Skills and experience required: CIPD (minimum level 5) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) certification. Minimum of 12 years experience in reward and benefits. Managing senior teams including coaching of entry level staff. Knowledge and understanding of payroll and accounting concepts, practices. Knowledge of short term incentive program, modelling and costing. Provides recommendations of existing policies in line with trends and company direction. Extensive experience with bonus, incentive and merit programs across banking sectors. Knowledge of HR Information Systems with the proven ability to system policies and practice.
