Kuwait City - -Apply cost analysis techniques and maintain all company systems and procedures ensuring bid applications are completed on time. -Confer with vendors and obtain accurate costs either directly or through the Purchasing Officer and check labor hours with Production Department. -Interpret BOQs and drawings to achieve best cost analysis. -Evaluate material and draft Material Requisition forms for the review of production before procurement. -Translate design specifications to cost estimates and draft BOQs and technical proposals. Tasks include: -Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates. -Prepare estimates for use in selecting vendors or subcontractors.
