Leading Engineering Construction Company - Doha, Qatar - Support the Contracts & Procurement Director in the development of a procurement strategy for the delivery of the Sharq Crossing Programme. Lead the delivery of the procurement strategy from pre-qualification to contract award, within the constraints resultant from publicly funded programmes. Provide guidance and support to the delivery teams during the tender process to ensure standardisation across all projects. Advise the Tender Management Committee as to progress within the procurement function for the Programme. Act as the interface between the Tender Teams and the Tender Management Committee ensuring standards required for the successful delivery of the tender process are maintained and timely escalated of matters for resolution.
