Huxley Banking & Financial Services - Kuwait - Delivery Channels Manager sought for an Islamic bank in Kuwait. This is a new role as part of the restructure across IT Support at the Bank. Kuwait nationals preferred. The Delivery Channels Manager will report directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and will handle all front end delivery channels (Branch front end, Contact centre, mobile, online, IVR, cards etc) for the bank. There will be a minimum of 10 support staff reporting to you. This is a purely IT Support role, however, will require interaction with the vendors and business heads so strong communication skills in English is a must.
