Kuwait - Job Profile: Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and company. Assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancellations, and other queries, Experience in food Delivery Services. Will be responsible for service organizing and directing team members in multiple type food service. Responsible for end-to-end customer service performance of Delivery Services Key Performance Areas to include but not limited to: Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media. Effectively manage large amounts of customer complaint Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
