Kuwait - The Country Manager shall lead and direct operations in Kentech’s Kuwait business, within the Middle East region, driving the business to a new level of operational excellence, efficiency and effectiveness. This is a senior role within the Kentech Group, involving a high level of responsibility and requiring self-motivation. The key aspects and duties of the role of Country Manager are as follows:- Leadership Responsible for the leadership and general management of all operations in the Kuwait, maintaining alignment with corporate policy, strategy and direction and driving the Kentech brand in the Kuwait. Continuously lead by example, setting the highest standards by demonstrating the leadership qualities and other behaviours reflected in “Our Charter”.
