Doha, Qatar - To handle all customer queries/requests for the full range of products and services offered by ensuring quality customer service in line with IBQ's quality standards are provided. Policies and Procedures: Follow all relevant departmental and bank-wide policies, processes, procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner while delivering a high quality and cost effective service to customers. Performance and Sales Targets Ensure the assigned productivity and quality targets including, but not limited to, first call completion rate, talk/wrap time, calls transferred, calls abandoned, etc are achieved. Ensure sales targets (i.e. referrals) for packages, credit cards, personal loans, vehicle loans, and mortgages are achieved.
