Ensure all bank & group policies are implemented & adhered to in the unit & controls are in place (AML, TCF, Credit/Collections Vendor Management, IT Security, alike). Key Roles and Responsibilities Controls: Review existing and new processes & ensure appropriate controls are in place to mitigate risk in execution of unit's policies & processes. Regular review of existing controls, re-check/re-assess based on Self-assessments/health checks and appropriate change in the existing Processes.
