Resource planning and attending site meetings with Clients and provide advice on the designing work. Provides overall direction and management to the four Project Managers for landscaping packages .Utilities monitors on-schedule completion within or below budget in accordance with contractual obligations; monitors risks/problems and helps develop options to resolve. The Senior Project Manager will oversee the four assigned project managers who are primarily responsible to monitor scope development, scope management and commercial performance of their respective projects and to meet the project goals and objectives.
