Kuwait - A wellknown medical Center is is currently seeking a secretary and a receptionist. Duties include: perform a variety of secretarial duties, as well as a wide range of customer service-related functions to assist in the overall functioning of the department. Position will be primarily responsible for answering phones and scheduling appointments. The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Skills A minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience, or the equivalent required Previous experience working in a medical setting preferred Excellent verbal and Written English, some Arabic Skills(preferred) Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing Interpersonal skills required Organizing and coordinating skills valid residence permit Candidates who are accepted will be offered a good salary and other benefits This job is posted in the following Specialtie...
