Kuwait City - A leading Hospital in Kuwait is seeking an experience recruitment officer to join our HR team to execute and implement recruitment procedures and policies throughout the entire process of recruitment. Main Duties: 1) Ensure the recruitment plan and manpower requisitions are met in a timely manner through sourcing a selection of qualified applicants to fulfill the Hospital manpower needs. 2) Maintain day to day recruitment activities. 3) Source, select and identify suitable candidate resumes according to existing procedures, agreed time levels and budgets. 4) Meets walk-in applicants, collects and assesses CVs and short listing, prescreens candidates for vacancies matching with each job requirements. 5) Actively search for suitable candidates, using different online websites and social media. 6) Coordinates with the Human Resources Manager and Heads of Departments/Sections in the preparation of: job vacancy specifications and requirements, job descriptions, and advertiseme...
